自然保护区建设项目生态环境影响评价研究

Study on Ecological Environment Impact Assessment of Nature Reserve Construction Project

为避免过度开发对生态环境产生不利影响,对自然保护区建设项目的生态环境影响进行评价,指出了自然保护区项目建设中存在的问题,包括配套政策不完善、保护模式落后、资金投入不足、管理不到位等。分析了我国自然保护区项目建设发展现状,提出了自然保护区建设项目发展策略:大力发展旅游景观项目,建立健全生态保护体系,采用动态监测方法,对自然保护区的生态环境影响进行科学评价,为自然保护区的开发建设提供一定的参考。

In order to avoid the adverse impact of over development on the ecological environment,this paper evaluates the ecological environment impact of the construction project of the nature reserve,and points out the problems existing in the construction of the nature reserve project,including imperfect supporting policies,backward protection mode,insufficient capital investment,inadequate management and so on.This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction and development of nature reserves in China,and puts forward the development strategy of nature reserves construction projects,i.e.to vigorously develop tourism landscape projects,establish and improve the ecological protection system,and use the dynamic monitoring method to scientifically evaluate the ecological and environmental impact of nature reserves,so as to provide some reference for the development and construction of nature reserves.
