摘要
利用王水消解和微波消解两种消解方法对土壤砷样品进行前处理,运用原子荧光法对土壤样品中的砷元素含量进行检测,通过分析测定,土壤砷的检出限为0.004 mg/kg,分析了两种消解方法对3个土壤标准物质的精密度和准确度。通过比较两种前处理方法发现,微波消解具有操作简单、试剂用量少、消耗时间短、消解完全、密闭方式酸融对环境污染较小的特点,适用于环境中土壤砷的监测。
Soil arsenic samples were pretreated by aqua regia digestion and microwave digestion.The content of arsenic in soil samples was detected by atomic fluorescence method.Through analysis and determination,the detection limit of soil arsenic was 0.004 mg/kg.The precision and accuracy of the two digestion methods for three soil reference materials were analyzed.By comparing the two pretreatment methods,it is found that microwave digestion has the characteristics of simple operation,less reagent consumption,short consumption time,complete digestion and less environmental pollution caused by acid melting in closed mode.It is suitable for the monitoring of soil arsenic in the environment.
