为了有效解决水污染问题,做好水污染治理,分析了水污染的主要来源,指出了水污染治理存在的问题,包括污染治理难以平衡、监管意识淡薄、污水处理费用过高等。提出了优化水污染治理的措施:提高污水利用率,加强水资源管理力度,管控污水排放源头等。要从社会角度开展治理行动,针对我国污水整治管理制度进行完善,满足污水治理需求,解决污水治理过程中的人力与技术问题,共同保护水资源,只有这样才能彻底解决我国污水治理问题,提升水污染治理效果。

In order to effectively solve the problem of water pollution and do well in water pollution control,the main sources of water pollution are analyzed,and the existing problems of water pollution control are pointed out,including difficult balance of pollution control,weak awareness of supervision and high cost of sewage treatment.The measures of optimizing water pollution control are put forward,i.e.improving the utilization rate of sewage,strengthening the management of water resources,controlling the source of sewage discharge,etc.We should carry out treatment actions from a social perspective,improve China’s sewage treatment and management system,meet the needs of sewage treatment,solve the human and technical problems in the process of sewage treatment,and jointly protect water resources.Only in this way can we completely solve the problem of sewage treatment in China and improve the effect of water pollution treatment.
