Harm of Air Pollution to Environment and Countermeasures

为提高大气污染治理能力,促进社会可持续发展,指出了大气污染对环境造成的危害,即对人体、动植物、气候环境的危害。分析了大气污染特点、现状及成因,提出了大气污染治理对策:明确污染气体排放量,治理非道路移动机械排放污染,科学调整产业结构,解决能源短缺问题,加大力度创新环保技术,做好绿化工作,在充分了解大气污染危害性的基础上为治理大气污染问题提供科学依据,为实现人与自然和谐发展目标奠定良好的基础。

In order to improve the ability of air pollution control and promote social sustainable development,this paper points out the harm of air pollution to the environment,that is,the harm to human body,animals and plants,climate and environment.This paper analyzes the characteristics,current situation and causes of air pollution,and puts forward air pollution control countermeasures,i.e.to clarify the emission of polluting gases,control the emission of non road mobile machinery,scientifically adjust the industrial structure,solve the problem of energy shortage,strengthen the innovation of environmental protection technology,do well in greening,provide a scientific basis for controlling air pollution on the basis of fully understanding the harmfulness of air pollution,and lay a good foundation for achieving the goal of harmonious development between man and nature.
