In order to comprehensively improve the quality of environmental monitoring,the problems existing in the quality management of the whole process of environmental monitoring are pointed out,including backward monitoring facilities,imperfect monitoring quality management system and insufficient ability of monitoring personnel.The countermeasures to improve the quality management of the whole process of environmental monitoring are put forward,i.e.introducing advanced monitoring equipment,establishing a sound monitoring system and improving the professional quality of monitoring personnel.The development direction of environmental monitoring is prospected,i.e.we should collect and analyze environmental monitoring data more widely,comprehensively improve the environmental monitoring network,strengthen the quality control of the monitoring process,strengthen the quality management of the whole process through various coordination,cooperation and overall planning,and improve the level of environmental monitoring.
