为加强环境保护,促进人与自然和谐发展,分析了环境监测在环境保护中的作用,包括解决环境污染问题,优化环境评价工作,助力科学研究,促进环保法律完善。提出了加强环境监测的有效措施:加强资金投入力度,加强人才培养,构建国家环境监测网,建立健全管理制度。应有效掌握污染源及污染物,发挥环境监测的重要作用,更有针对性地解决环境污染问题,全面落实环境保护政策,采取相应的防范措施,实现自然环境的可持续发展。

In order to strengthen environmental protection and promote the harmonious development between man and nature,this paper analyzes the role of environmental monitoring in environmental protection,including solving the problem of environmental pollution,optimizing environmental assessment,assisting scientific research and promoting the improvement of environmental protection laws.Effective measures to strengthen environmental monitoring are put forward,i.e.to strengthen capital investment,strengthen talent training,build a national environmental monitoring network,and establish and improve the management system.We should effectively grasp pollution sources and pollutants,give play to the important role of environmental monitoring,solve environmental pollution problems more pertinently,fully implement environmental protection policies,and take corresponding preventive measures to realize the sustainable development of the natural environment.
