基于碳中和目标的芬兰能源转型经验与启示

Experience and Enlightenment of Energy Transformation of Finland Based on Carbon Neutrality Goal

为促进我国能源转型,实现碳中和目标,介绍了芬兰能源转型的降碳成效并总结其实践经验,并得出了一定的启示。我国应结合自身国情,逐步向替代能源过渡,提升能源效率,坚持政策和技术两把抓手,提高电力系统灵活性,促进可再生能源的发展。

In order to promote China’s energy transformation and achieve the goal of carbon neutrality,this paper introduces the carbon reduction effect of Finland’s energy transformation,summarizes its practical experience,and obtains some enlightenment.China should combine its own national conditions,gradually transition to alternative energy,improve energy efficiency,adhere to policy and technology,improve the flexibility of power system and promote the development of renewable energy.
