布拉氏酵母菌联合维生素AD对维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿骨代谢及骨密度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌联合维生素AD对维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿骨代谢及骨密度的影响。方法选取平顶山市某医院2017年3月—2020年3月收治的68例维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组34例。对照组患儿给予维生素AD口服治疗,试验组患儿在对照组基础上给予布拉氏酵母菌口服治疗,2组患儿均治疗4周。比较2组患儿治疗前后血浆微量元素水平、骨密度及血清骨代谢指标水平。结果2组患儿治疗后血浆钙(Ca)、磷(P)、锌(Zn)水平均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿治疗后血清骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)及尿脱氧吡啶啉(DPD)水平均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿治疗后尺骨及桡骨骨密度均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌联合维生素AD可有效促进维生素D缺乏性佝偻病患儿机体对维生素D及钙的吸收,提高骨密度水平,同时改善骨代谢指标,促进骨合成。 Objective To explore the effects of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with vitamin AD on bone metabolism and bone mineral density in children with vitamin D deficiency rickets.Methods Sixty-eight children with vitamin D deficiency rickets treated in a hospital in Pingdingshan from March 2017 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 34 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with vitamin AD orally,and the children in the experimental group were treated with Saccharomyces boulardii on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The levels of plasma trace elements,bone mineral density and serum bone metabolic indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The levels of plasma calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P)and zinc(Zn)in both groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum osteocalcin(BGP),bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)and urinary deoxypyridinoline(DPD)in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone mineral density of ulna and radius in both groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii combined with vitamin AD can effectively promote the absorption of vitamin D and calcium,increase the level of bone mineral density,improve the index of bone metabolism and promote bone synthesis in children with vitamin D deficiency rickets.
