丹参川芎嗪联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of Danshen Chuanxiongzin injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨丹参川芎嗪联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及对患者神经功能、日常生活能力及治疗期间不良反应发生情况的影响。方法选取2019年12月—2021年6月驻马店市某医院收治的急性脑梗死患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和研究组(n=45)。对照组患者采用常规治疗手段,研究组患者采用丹参川芎嗪联合依达拉奉治疗,2组患者均持续治疗14 d。比较2组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损量表(NIHSS)评分,日常生活能力评估量表(ADL)评分,比较2组患者治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,2组患者NIHSS评分均低于治疗前且研究组低于对照组,ADL评分高于治疗前且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良反应发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的17.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪联合依达拉奉治疗可显著改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能受损程度及日常独立生活能力,且安全性较高,可作为急性脑梗死患者的首选治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the effect of Danshen Chuanxiongzin injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its efficacy on patients’neurological function,activity of daily living and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Methods Eighty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to a hospital in Zhumadian from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into a control group(n=35)and a study group(n=45)via the random number table method.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,while patients in the study group received danshen chuanxiongzin injection combined with edaravone,and both groups were treated continuously for 14 d.The NIHSS scores and ADL scores were compared before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse effects during treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS scores after treatment were lower in both groups than before treatment and lower in the study group than those in the control group,and the ADL scores were higher than those before treatment and higher in the study group than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%in the study group,which was lower than that in the control group(17.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongzin injection in combination with edaravone can significantly improve the degree of neurological impairment and activities of daily living in patients with acute cerebral infarction,which is a safe therapy,and can be the preferred treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
