发展性照护模式下的多维护理联合蓝光照射在新生儿病理性黄疸中的应用

Application of multi-maintenance care in combination with blue light irradiation under developmental care in neonates with pathological jaundice

目的探讨发展性照护模式下的多维护理联合蓝光照射应用于新生儿病理性黄疸的干预效果。方法选取2019年1月—2021年1月张掖市某医院收治的320例病理性黄疸患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组160例。对照组患儿采用常规护理联合蓝光照射治疗,观察组患儿采用发展性照护模式下的多维护理联合蓝光照射治疗。比较2组患儿的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血清胆红素水平。结果2组患儿治疗后血清总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、间接胆红素(IBIL)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗总有效率为93.13%,高于对照组的76.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的14.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论发展性照护模式下的多维护理联合蓝光照射可有效降低病理性黄疸患儿血清胆红素水平,提高临床疗效及降低不良反应发生风险。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of multi-maintenance care combined with blue light irradiation under developmental care in neonates with pathological jaundice.Methods Three hundred and twenty children with pathological jaundice admitted to a hospital in Zhangye City from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as subjects and assigned to a control group and an observation group using the random number table,with 160 cases in each group.The children in the control group received conventional care combined with blue light irradiation,and the children in the observation group received multi-maintenance care combined with blue light irradiation under developmental care.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and serum bilirubin level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),and indirect bilirubin(IBIL)in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group had lower levels than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of children in the observation group was 93.13%,which was higher than that in the control group(76.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(14.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-maintenance care in combination with blue light irradiation under developmental care can effectively reduce serum bilirubin levels,improve clinical efficacy and reduce the risk of adverse reactions in children with pathological jaundice.
