品管圈活动对儿科静脉输液药物外渗和家属满意度的影响

Effects of quality control circle activities on drug exudation of intravenous infusion in pediatrics and family satisfaction

目的探讨品管圈活动对儿科静脉输液药物外渗和家属满意度的影响。方法选取2017年8月—2019年8月在河南省某医院儿科行静脉输液的106例患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组53例。对照组患儿给予常规输液护理干预,研究组患儿给予品管圈活动护理干预。比较2组患儿护理效果、输液不良事件、静脉炎分级及家属满意度。结果研究组患儿输液药物外渗率低于对照组,留置针使用率及一次穿刺成功率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿输液不良事件发生率为5.66%,低于对照组的18.87%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患儿静脉炎分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患儿家属满意度为92.45%,高于对照组的77.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科静脉输液患儿护理干预中应用品管圈活动可提高护理效果,降低输液药物外渗与不良事件发生率,且家属满意度较高。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on drug exudation of intravenous infusion in children and family satisfaction.Methods A total of 106 children who received intravenous infusion in the Pediatrics Department of a hospital in Henan Province from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The children in the control group received conventional infusion nursing intervention,and the children in the study group received the nursing intervention based on quality control circle activities.The nursing effect,adverse events of infusion,phlebitis grade and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The exudation rate of infusion drugs in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the use rate of indwelling needles and the success rate of one-time puncture were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of infusion in the study group was 5.66%,which was lower than that in the control group(18.87%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the grades of phlebitis between the two groups(P>0.05).The family satisfaction rate of children in the study group was 92.45%,which was higher than that in the control group(77.36%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of quality control circle activities in the nursing intervention in the pediatric intravenous infusion can improve the nursing effect,reduce the incidence of infusion drug exudation and adverse events,and has a high family satisfaction.
