早期康复护理对人工髋关节置换术后患者康复效果及生活质量的影响

Effec t of early rehabilitation care on the rehabilitation outcome and quality of life in patients underwent total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨早期康复护理对人工髋关节置换术(THA)后患者康复效果及生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年5月—2020年2月广州市某医院行THA治疗的64例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各32例。对照组患者给予常规骨科护理,研究组患者在对照组护理基础上给予早期康复护理,2组患者均持续护理3个月。比较2组患者术前及护理3个月时Harris髋关节功能评分、改良Barthel指数评分、健康调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果术前,2组患者的Harris髋关节功能评分、Barthel指数评分、SF-36评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理3个月时,2组患者Harris髋关节功能评分、Barthel指数评分、SF-36评分均高于术前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对THA患者术后实施早期康复护理,可显著改善其髋关节功能、日常活动能力及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation care on the rehabilitation effect and quality of life in patients underwent total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods Sixty-four patients who underwent THA treatment in a hospital in Guangzhou from May 2017 to February 2020 were selected as subjects and assigned to a control group and a study group using the random number table method,with 32 subjects in each group.The patients in the control group received conventional orthopedic care,and the patients in the study group received early rehabilitation care after the conventional care,and participants in both groups received continuous care for 3 months.The Harris hip function score,modified Barthel index score,and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups of patients before surgery and at 3 months of care.Results The Harris hip function score,Barthel index score,and SF-36 score of patients before surgery in 2 groups were compared,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).At 3 months of care,the Harris hip function scores,Barthel index scores,and SF-36 scores of patients in the 2 groups were higher than those before surgery,and the study group had higher scores than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The early post-operative rehabilitation care for patients underwent THA can significantly improve their hip function,activity of daily life and quality of life.
