间苯三酚在无痛宫腔镜检查中术前用药软化宫颈的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Phloroglucinol in Softening the Cervix Before Operation in Painless Hysteroscopy

目的探析无痛宫腔镜检查患者术前使用间苯三酚对患者宫颈软化的应用价值。方法方便选取2019年1月-2021年12月对该院收治的180例无痛宫腔镜检查患者实施分组,术前不使用任何药物的90例患者入选对照组,术前使用间苯三酚药物的90例患者入选观察组。关注两组宫颈扩张有效情况;准确登记两组患者的宫腔镜检查时间差异;评估两组检查患者的镇痛效果差异,对比进镜前后,两组患者的心率、血压、血氧饱和度等指标变化。结果观察组患者宫颈扩张总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的78.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.423,P<0.05)。观察组患者术中0、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级疼痛分别为39、36、15、0例,与对照组的10、33、30、17例相比,差异有统计学意义(Z=6.101,P<0.05)。观察组检查时间为(5.59±0.57)min,短于对照组的(9.23±0.88)min,差异有统计学意义(t=32.936,P<0.05)。观察组进镜前后患者收缩压、舒张压、血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组进镜后5 min心率为(88.78±7.39)min/次,明显快于观察组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.927,P<0.05)。结论将间苯三酚在术前应用于无痛宫腔镜检查中,宫颈扩张及镇痛效果好,缩短了患者的检查时间,对患者血压、血氧饱和度等指标影响不大。

Objective Analyze the application value of phloroglucinol in patients undergoing painless hysteroscopy for cervical softening.Methods It was conveniently selected and grouped 180 patients with painless hysteroscopy admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2021.Ninety patients who did not use any drugs before the operation were selected into the control group,and 90 patients who used phloroglucinol before the operation were selected into the observation group.Pay attention to the effectiveness of cervical dilatation in the two groups.Accurately register the difference in hysteroscopy time between the two groups of patients.To evaluate the difference in the analgesic effect of the two groups of patients,compare the changes in the heart rate,blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation and other indicators of the two groups of patients before and after the lens.Results The total effective rate of cervical dilation of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 78.89%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.423,P<0.05).In the observation group,there were 39,36,15,and 0 cases of intraoperative pain of grade 0,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,andⅢ,respectively,compared with the 10,33,30,and 17 cases in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=6.101,P<0.05).The inspection time of the observation group was(5.59±0.57)min,which was shorter than that of the control group(9.23±0.88)min,and the difference was statistically significant(t=32.936,P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and blood oxygen saturation indexes of patients in the observation group before and after entry(P>0.05),the heart rate of the control group was(88.78±7.39)min/time 5 min after entering the country,which was significantly faster than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=10.927,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of phloroglucinol in painless hysteroscopy before surgery has a good effect of cervical dilation and analgesia,shortens the patient's examination time,and has little effect on the patient's,blood pressure,blood oxygen saturation and other indicators.
