齐拉西酮联合认知疗法对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Ziprasidone Combined with Cognitive Therapy on the Cognitive Function of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的探讨齐拉西酮联合认知疗法对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法随机抽取该院2018年4月-2020年8月期间收治的104例精神分裂症患者开展分组研究,以随机抽签法分为两组,各52例。对照组患者应用齐拉西酮治疗,观察组患者在齐拉西酮治疗基础上配合认知疗法,比较两组患者临床治疗有效率、治疗前后精神分裂症认知功能成套测验(MCCB)评分、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、自卑感量表(FIS)评分、自尊量表(SES)评分以及生活质量量表评分。结果观察组患者临床治疗有效率(90.38)%相较于对照组的69.23%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.220,P<0.05);治疗前两组患者MCCB评分、PANSS评分、FIS评分、SES评分及生活质量评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者PANSS评分、FIS评分相较于对照组更低,MCCB评分、SES评分、生活质量评分相较于对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮联合认知疗法不仅可以提升精神分裂症患者治疗效果,还可以改善其认知功能和生活质量,因此可在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of ziprasidone combined with cognitive therapy on the cognitive function of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 104 patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to August 2020 were randomly selected for group study and divided into two groups by random drawing,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ziprasidone,and the observation group was treated with ziprasidone in addition to cognitive therapy.The clinical efficacy,MCCB score,PANSS score,FIS score,SES score and quality of life scale score of schizophrenia before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 90.38%compared with 69.23%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.220,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in MCCB score,PANSS score,FIS score,SES score and quality of life score between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the PANSS score and FIS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the MCCB score,SES score,and quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ziprasidone combined with cognitive therapy can not only improve the treatment effect of patients with schizophrenia,but also improve their cognitive function and quality of life,so it can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
