屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床价值分析

Analysis of Clinical Value of Drospirenone and Ethinyl Estradiol Tablets(Ⅱ)in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的分析多囊卵巢综合征患者接受屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗对其临床效果产生的影响。方法随机选取2019年4月-2020年8月期间因多囊卵巢综合征来院治疗的120例患者作为研究对象,经单双号分组法分为参比组(60例,常规治疗)和分析组[60例,屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗],比较二者诊治效果。结果分析组血清黄体生成素(5.08±1.63)mmol/L,睾酮(48.51±2.60)ng/dl低于参比组,卵泡刺激素(7.23±1.24)mmol/L高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.793、14.582、2.597,P<0.05);分析组总胆固醇(1.52±0.12)mmol/L,三酰甘油(1.54±0.18)mmol/L,低密度脂蛋白(2.71±0.16)mmol/L低于参比组,高密度脂蛋白(1.47±0.17)mmol/L高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.561、5.146、6.161、9.410,P<0.05);分析组临床治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于参比组(83.33%),不良反应发生率(5.00%)低于参比组(18.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.925、5.175,P<0.05)。结论将屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)应用在多囊卵巢综合征患者的临床医治中,可以提升诊疗效果,临床价值突出。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets(Ⅱ)in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 120 patients who came to the hospital for treatment with polycystic ovary syndrome from April 2019 to August 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into the reference group(60 cases,conventional treatment)and the analysis group[(60 cases,drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets(Ⅱ)treatment)]by the odd and even number grouping method.Compare the diagnosis and treatment effects of the two.Results Serum luteinizing hormone(5.08±1.63)mmol/L and testosterone levels(48.51±2.60)ng/dl in the analysis group were lower than those in the reference group,and serum follicle stimulating hormone(7.23±1.24)mmol/L were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(t=5.793,14.582,2.597,P<0.05);the total cholesterol(1.52±0.12)mmol/L,triglyceride(1.54±0.18)mmol/L,and low density lipoprotein(2.71±0.16)mmol/L in the analysis group were lower than those in the reference group,and the high density lipoprotein(1.47±0.17)mmol/L higher than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.561,5.146,6.161,9.410,P<0.05);the total effective rate in the analysis group was 96.67% higher than that in the reference group(83.33%),and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.00%lower than that in the reference group(18.33%),the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.925,5.175,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol tablets(Ⅱ)in the clinical treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome can improve the diagnosis and treatment effect,has outstanding clinical value.
