Drug Abuse and its Influencing Factors Amongcommunity Drug Rehabilitation Population in Fujian Province

目的:了解福建省社区戒毒社区康复人群药物滥用状况及其影响因素,为调整社区戒毒社区康复措施和干预策略提供科学依据。方法:对福建省2021年在管的4448名社区戒毒社区康复人员进行问卷调查,由经过统一培训的调查员或社区戒毒社区康复管理工作站人员现场组织社区戒毒康复人员登入问卷网小程序匿名自填问卷,分析其药物滥用的现状及主要影响因素。结果:福建省4448名社区戒毒社区康复人群中,毒品滥用种类主要为冰毒和海洛因,滥用率分别为77.81%、16.30%。性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、有无子女、是否工作、月收入水平、是否有人真正关心、与家人关系等影响因素对药物滥用排前三的原因“是否好奇心驱使”“是否朋辈唆使”“觉得吸一次没事”指数差异均无统计学意义。身体健康状况、是否认同自己是个有用的人、对目前生活是否满意、是否知道毒品危害这四个影响因素对药物滥用排前三的原因“是否好奇心驱使”“是否朋辈唆使”“觉得吸一次没事”指数差异有统计学意义。结论:身体健康状况、是否认同自己是个有用的人、对目前生活是否满意这三个影响因素属于内部因素,是否知道毒品危害属于外部因素。正确分析内外部影响因素与三大原因之间的内在联系,不仅有利于帮助社区戒毒社区康复人群更好地脱毒,也有利于为社会大众做好毒品预防宣传教育工作。

Objective:To understand the drug abuse status and its influencing factors of community rehabilitation population in Fujian Province,and to provide scientific basis for adjusting community rehabilitation measures and intervention strategies.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 4448 community drug rehabilitation workers in Fujian Province in 2021.The community drug rehabilitation workers were organized to log in to the questionnaire network applet and fill in the questionnaire anonymously by the uniformly trained investigators or the staff of the community drug rehabilitation management workstation.Results:Among the 4448 community drug rehabilitation people in Fujian Province,the main types of drug abuse were methamphetamine and heroin,and the abuse rates were 77.81%and 16.30%respectively.There was no significant difference in the index of“curiosity driven”,“peer Instigation”and“feel it’s okay to smoke once”among the top three reasons for drug abuse,such as physical health status,whether you agree that you are a useful person,gender,educational level,marital status,whether you have children,whether you work,monthly income level,whether someone really cares and relationship with family.The four influencing factors of physical health,whether you agree that you are a useful person,whether you are satisfied with your current life and whether you know the harm of drugs had statistically significant differences in the index of“curiosity driven”,“peer Instigation”and“feeling that it’s okay to smoke once”.Conclusion:The three influencing factors are internal factors:physical health,whether you agree that you are a useful person and whether you are satisfied with your current life;Whether we know that the harm of drugs belongs to external factors.A correct analysis of the internal relationship between internal and external influencing factors and the three major reasons is conducive to helping the community drug rehabilitation community to better detoxify,and is also conducive to better publicity and education on drug prevention for the public.
