吸食含合成大麻素电子烟油会对身体产生严重伤害。本文通过对3例吸食含合成大麻素(MDMB-4en-PINACA)电子烟油的患者进行回顾性资料分析,分别总结患者的一般资料、检查结果及诊治情况,同时探讨合成大麻素(MDMB-4en-PINACA)的临床特点、药理学特性、滥用后表现、检测和治疗,并为防范使用该物质的滥用提供参考和管理策略。

Smoking synthetic cannabinoid-containing e-cigarette oil can cause serious physical damage.Through the retrospective analysis of three patients containing synthetic cannabinoid(MDMB-4en-PINACA)e-cigarette oil,the general data,examination results and treatment were summarized respectively.At the same time,the clinical characteristics,pharmacological characteristics,post-abuse manifestations,detection and treatment of synthetic cannabinoids(MDMB-4enPINACA)were discussed,and provided reference and management strategies for preventing the use of the substance.
