骨科住院患者的药物不良反应调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions in Orthopaedic Inpatients

目的:探讨骨科住院患者的药物不良反应,为临床骨科患者用药提供参考依据。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月—2021年1月该院收治的骨科住院患者110例的一般资料,探讨患者在用药过程中出现的不良反应。结果:骨科患者中抗菌药、中药制剂、镇痛药物占比较大,占比分别为47.27%、30.91%、18.18%。骨科住院患者中有55例出现了药物的不良反应,通过将患者按照年龄进行分组,包括21~40岁、41~60岁和61~82岁,其中21~40岁不良反应的发生率较高,男性的药物不良反应占比高于女性,差异显著(P<0.05)。患者中药物的不良反应在附件和皮肤方面占比较大,且高于其他的累及器官和系统,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:骨科医生应该重点关注21~40岁、男性患者的药物使用情况,同时要重视患者药物不良反应的护理,减少不良反应对于器官的损害。

Objective:To explore the adverse drug reactions of orthopaedic inpatients,and to provide reference for clinical orthopaedic patients.Methods:The general data of 110 orthopaedic inpatients admitted to the hospital from January 2019to January 2021 were retrospectively analyzed,the adverse reactions of the patients during the medication process were discussed.Results:Antibacterial drugs,traditional Chinese medicine preparations,and analgesic drugs accounted for a large proportion of orthopedic patients,accounting for 47.27%,30.91%,and 18.18%,respectively.Among the orthopaedic inpatients,55 patients had adverse drug reactions.By grouping the patients according to age,including 21-40 years old,41-60years old and 61-82 years old,the incidence of adverse reactions in 21-40 years old was higher than that in 21-40 years old.The proportion of adverse drug reactions in males comparison with females was higher,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Adverse reactions of the drugs in the patients accounted for a larger proportion in the appendix and skin,and were higher than other cumulative organs and systems,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthopedic surgeons should focus on the drug use of male patients aged 21 to 40 years,and at the same time pay attention to the care of patients with adverse drug reactions to reduce the damage to organs caused by adverse reactions.
