摘要
类过氧化物酶是一种既有化学材料的特性又有类似于天然过氧化物酶催化效率及酶促反应动力学的人工模拟酶。类过氧化物酶具有易制备、成本低、高稳定性和酶催化性能佳等优点,其在很大程度上克服了天然酶的不足,成为化学、材料和生物医学领域的研究热点。研究发现,多金属氧酸盐(POMs)及其复合材料具有优异的过氧化物模拟酶性能。本文重点综述了各种结构类型的典型多酸材料及其功能复合材料在类过氧化物酶方面的研究进展,并展望了多酸材料模拟酶未来的研究所面临的挑战及前景。
Peroxidase-like enzyme is an artificial mimic enzyme that has the characteristics of chemical materials,catalytic efficiency and enzymatic reaction kinetics similar to natural peroxidase.Peroxidase-like enzymes have the advantages of easy preparation,low cost,good stability and good enzyme catalytic performance,which overcome the shortcomings of natural enzymes to a large extent,and become a research hotspot in the fields of chemistry,materials and biomedicine.It has been found that polyoxometalates(POMs)and their composites have excellent peroxidase mimics performance.In this review,we systematically introduce the POM-based peroxidase-like enzyme by the classification of their structures,as well as recent research progress of in this filed in the past decade.We also propose the current challenges of POM-based peroxidase-like enzyme as well as their future research focus.
