实验室废液全自动收集处理装置的研制及应用 被引量:4

摘要 随着现代实验分析发展,实验室分析过程中不可避免地会产生大量的有毒有害废液,这些废液成分多变,无害化处理工艺复杂,实验室自行处理几乎不可能。而集中回收处理运输风险高,处理费用高,运输过程不可控,因此,开发廉价、快捷、安全彻底的处理方法和手段显得尤为迫切。本文开发了一种新颖的实验室废液全自动收集处理方法,能快速、安全、彻底、简便地无害化处理实验室产生的绝大部分有机废液、无机废液以及重金属废液。 Experimental analysis is the cornerstone of modern science and technology development.However,with the development of modern experimental analysis,it is inevitable that there will be a large amount of toxic and harmful effluent in the process of laboratory analysis.These waste liquid components are variable,and the process of harmless treatment is complex,which is almost impossible for the laboratory to deal with it on its own.However,the recycling centralized treatment has high transport risk,high handling cost and uncontrollable malady of transportation process.Therefore,a kind of cheap,fast,safe and thorough treatment method and means is particularly urgent.In this paper,we researched and developed a novel full-automatic collection and treatment method for laboratory waste liquid,which can quickly,safely,thoroughly and simply reduce and harmlessly treat most of the organic waste liquid,inorganic waste liquid and heavy metals produced in the laboratory.
