摘要
目前常用的面瘫神经修复方式,有面神经直接吻合、神经桥接移植、跨面神经移植、神经转位以及带血管神经蒂的游离肌瓣移植术等。三叉神经运动分支咬肌神经和颞深神经,由于其位置邻近面神经、供体部位并发症发生少、神经再支配效果明确,被越来越多的应用于面瘫修复领域。本文就咬肌神经和颞深神经的临床解剖特点和其在面瘫修复中的应用、预后恢复等进行文献综述,以期为深入研究和更好的临床应用提供参考。
At present,commonly used methods in facial reanimation include direct facial nerve anastomosis,nerve bridging transplantation,cross-face nerve grafting,nerve transfer and vascular nerve pedicled muscle flap transplantation and so on.The masseter nerve and the deep temporal nerve,two motor branches of the trigeminal nerve,are increasingly being used in facial reanimation.Their proximity to the facial nerve lead to few complications in the donor site and definite nerve reinnervation effect.This paper reviews anatomical characteristics of the masseter nerve and deep temporal nerve and their utility in facial reanimation and outcomes,to provide an informational basis for future studies and clinical applications.
