脑卒中后上肢感觉障碍评定与治疗的研究进展

Research progress of sensory impairment assessment and rehabilitation training of upper limbs after stroke

脑卒中在全球范围内有着高发生率和高死亡率,感觉障碍是本病常见的功能障碍之一,发生率在21%~54%。上肢的功能决定着大部分的日常生活活动能力,如果出现感觉障碍会严重影响患者的生活质量。本文阐述了感觉系统、感觉与运动的关系,以及卒中后上肢感觉功能障碍的感觉评定与康复治疗。

Stroke has a high incidence and mortality worldwide.Sensory impairment is one of the common clinical manifestations of stroke,with an incidence of 21%~54%.Upper limbs determine most activities of daily living.Sensory impairment in this part seriously affects the quality of life of patients.This paper reviews the sensory system,the relationship between sensation and movement,and the sensory evaluation and rehabilitation treatment of sensory dysfunction of upper limb after stroke.
