针灸治疗联合康复训练治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱的临床疗效

Clinical effect of rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture on patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury

目的探讨针灸治疗结合康复训练治疗脊髓损伤神经源性膀胱患者的临床疗效。方法将2018年1月至2020年12月我院收治的80例脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱患者纳入研究中,将患者依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组40例。对照组实施康复训练,观察组在康复训练基础上实施针灸治疗,比较两组患者的总有效率、膀胱功能指标、症状评分、睡眠状况指标、生活质量评分。结果观察组的总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的最大尿流率、最大膀胱容量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的残余尿量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的各症状评分与对照组相比均显著更低(P<0.05)。治疗后,相比于对照组,观察组的入睡潜伏期显著更短,实际睡眠时长显著更长,PSQI评分显著更低,生活质量评分显著更高(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗联合康复训练用于脊髓损伤后神经源性膀胱治疗具有显著的疗效,可有效改善患者膀胱功能,减轻其症状,有利于提升睡眠质量和生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture on patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury.Methods 80 patients with neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were included in the study,and were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received rehabilitation training,while the observation group received acupuncture treatment based on rehabilitation training.The total effective rate,bladder function index,symptom score,sleep status index and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the maximum urine flow rate and bladder capacity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the residual urine volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the sleep latency of the observation group was significantly shorter,the actual sleep duration of the observation group was significantly longer,and the PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower,P<0.05.After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury,which can effectively improve the bladder function of patients,relieve their symptoms,and help to improve the quality of sleep and life.
