光伏组件EVA封装胶膜的抗PID改性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 光伏组件的电势诱导衰减(PID)效应是指太阳能电池和光伏模块框架之间施加高电压而引起的功率退化。近年来,随着对PID机制的深入研究,通过改性EVA封装胶膜提高组件抗PID性能的研究被广泛关注。EVA封装胶膜是最常用的晶硅光伏组件封装材料,本文简述了PID效应产生机制、现有改进方法以及光伏组件封装材料,并对EVA封装胶膜改性的研究进展进行综述,展望了改性制备抗PID的EVA封装胶膜的可行性和经济效益。 The potential-induced degradation(PID)effect of photovoltaic(PV)module refers to the power degradation caused by applying high voltage between solar cell and PV module frame.With the in-depth research of PID mechanism,the research of improving the anti-PID performance of components by modifying EVA(ethylene-vinyl acetate)encapsulant has been widely investigated.EVA encapsulant is the most commonly used packaging material for the crystalline silicon PV module.The main purpose of this paper was to introduce the literature on EVA encapsulant modification,the mechanism of PID effect and existing solutions,the research progress of EVA encapsulant modification was also reviewed,and the common ideas of EVA modification were summarized.Based on the analysis,it was determined that preparing anti-PID EVA encapsulant was feasible and economical.
