危重症患者腹内压监测的最佳证据总结

Summary of the best evidence for monitoring Intra-Abdominal Pressure in critically ill patients

目的:检索、评价并总结危重症患者腹内压监测的最佳证据。方法:计算机检索危重症患者腹内压监测相关证据,对纳入的文献进行质量评价,对符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取和汇总。结果:共纳入10篇文献,其中指南3篇、专家共识1篇、队列研究5篇、推荐实践1篇,从政策管理、方法选择、体位与参照零点、灌注液体积及温度、排除干扰因素、加强教育培训6个方面总结出30条最佳证据。结论:所总结的关于危重症患者腹内压监测的最佳证据可用于临床实践,促进危重症患者腹内压监测的规范化管理。

Objective:To search,evaluate and summarize the best evidence for monitoring Intra-Abdominal Pressure in critically ill patients.Methods:The relevant evidence of Intra-Abdominal Pressure monitoring in critically ill patients was searched.The quality of the included articles was evaluated and those that met the quality standards was included and summarized.Results:A total of 10 articles were selected,including 3 guidelines,1 expert consensus,5 cohort studies,and 1 recommended practice.Totally 30 pieces of evidence on 6 aspects including policy management,method selection,body position and reference zero point,volume and temperature of perfusion fluid,eliminating interference factors,and education and training were finally summarized.Conclusion:The summarized evidence for can be used in clinical practice to promote standardized management of Intra-Abdominal Pressure monitoring in critically ill patients.
