摘要
在新冠肺炎疫情的影响下,许多国家的大学不得不将所有学习、教学和评估过程转移到在线领域,英国大学也不例外。随着突发性事件的出现,英国大学教师被迫面对突如其来的身份与角色转变、工作环境与专业能力的挑战,以及生活保障的缺失。面对在线转移带来的影响,英国大学教师需要将新平台融入教学过程,凸显大学生在知识社区的角色与地位,并将疫情作为寻求最佳教学方式的契机,以应对未来不可预测及快速互联的社会变革。
Under the influence of COVID-19,universities in many countries have had to move all learning,teaching and assessment processes to the online arena,and UK universities are no exception.With the emergence of the unexpected event,British university teachers are forced to face the sudden change of identity and roles,the challenge of working environments and professional ability,and the lack of living allowances.With the impact of online migration,British university teachers need to integrate the new platform into their teaching process,highlight the role and status of university students in the knowledge community,and use the pandemic as opportunity to find the best teaching methods to cope with the unpredictable and rapidly connected social changes in the future.
