体育育人视角下的高校“课堂+实践+联赛”三平台一体化体育教学模式研究

Research on the integrated physical education teaching mode of“classroom+practice+league”from the perspective of physical education

提高大学生体育核心素养、体育育人是现代高校体育教育的主要目标。大学生体育核心素养包括运动技能、运动习惯、健康知识、健康行为、体育品德、体育情感六方面内容。针对近年来大学生体质健康水平下降的现状,根据国家政策要求和高校体育运动实践,构建体育育人视角下的“课堂+实践+联赛”三平台一体化体育教学模式。此教学模式由体育课堂教学平台、体育实践教学平台和体育联赛平台三个平台构成,三平台既各有特色、独立运行又高度关联、相互补充。实证调研结果显示,“课堂+实践+联赛”三平台一体化体育教学模式能够有效促进大学生体育核心素养的提升,为高校体育育人提供了新路径,具有广泛的应用推广价值。

It is the main goal of modern college physical education to improve the core literacy of college students’physical education and educate students through physical education.College students’sports core quality includes six aspects:sports skills,sports habits,health knowledge,healthy behaviors,sports moral characters and sports emotion.In view of the declining physical health of college students in recent years,in accordance with the requirements of national policy and sports practice in colleges,this paper constructs a three-platform integrated physical education teaching mode of“classroom+practice+league”from the perspective of physical education.This teaching mode is composed of three platforms,namely sports classroom platform,sports practice platform,and sports league platform.The three platforms not only have their own characteristics,operate independently,but also are highly related and complementary to each other.The empirical research results show that the three platforms integrated physical education teaching mode of“classroom+practice+league”can effectively promote the improvement of college students’sports core literacy,provides a new path for college physical education,and has a wide range of application and promotion value.
