对比腹腔镜与开放手术在成人腹股沟疝中的治疗效果

Comparison of the Therapeutic Effects of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery in the Treatment of Adult Inguinal Hernia

目的评估腹腔镜与开放手术在成人腹股沟疝中的治疗效果。方法方便选取2016年11月—2021年9月时段内该院118例成人腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,基于手术差异分组,对照组(n=59)予以充填式无张力疝修补术,观察组(n=59)则予以腹腔镜手术。比对两组手术指标及并发症情况。结果观察组术中出血量(6.35±2.07)mL、术后疼痛评分(2.68±0.89)分低于对照组(17.63±3.24)mL、(6.29±1.82)分,术后疼痛持续时间(16.15±3.78)h短于对照组(26.49±3.81)h,差异有统计学意义(t=22.535、13.687、14.798,P<0.001);观察组下床时间(25.35±5.45)h与住院时间(3.34±1.56)d短于对照组(37.54±8.76)h、(5.88±1.94)d,差异有统计学意义(t=-9.076、7.837,P<0.05);观察组住院费用(10025.85±868.56)元高于对照组(7505.56±635.57)元,差异有统计学意义(t=-17.987、P<0.001);观察组并发症发生率(3.39%)低于对照组(13.56%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.933,P<0.05)。结论治疗成人腹股沟疝实施腹腔镜手术治疗效果较为理想。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in adult inguinal hernia.Methods 118 adult patients with inguinal hernias in the hospital from November 2016 to September 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into groups based on surgical differences.The control group(n=59)was given filling tension-free hernia repair,and the observation group(n=59)was performed laparoscopic surgery.The surgical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain score of the observation group were(6.35±2.07)mL and(2.68±0.89)points lower than those of the control group(17.63±3.24)mL and(6.29±1.82)points,and the postoperative pain duration was(16.15±3.78)h was shorter than that of the control group(26.49±3.81)h,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.535,13.687,14.798,P<0.001);the observation group’s time of got out of bed(25.35±5.45)h and hospital stay(3.34±1.56)d was shorter than that of the control group(37.54±8.76)h and(5.88±1.94)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.076,7.837,P<0.05);the hospitalization cost of the observation group in the observation group was(10025.85±868.56)yuan was higher,than the control group(7505.56±635.57)yuan,the difference was statistically significant(t=-17.987,P<0.001);the incidence of complications in the observation group(3.39%)was lower than that in the control group(13.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.933,P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of adult inguinal hernia is more effective.
