子宫肌瘤采用米非司酮联合宫瘤清胶囊治疗的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Mifepristone Combined with Gongliuqing Capsule for Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的分析临床应用米非司酮联合宫瘤清胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤疗效研究。方法方便选取2020年1月—2021年7月期间到该院就医的128例患者作为研究对象。依照计算机表法分为研究组与对照组,每组64例。对照组应用米非司酮,研究组在对照组基础上联合宫瘤清胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤,对比两组临床治疗有效率及治疗后不良反应发生率,治疗前后患者子宫体积、肌瘤体积和经期变化情况。结果研究组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.88%,明显高于对照组的85.94%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.873,P=0.027);研究组不良反应发生率为4.69%,显著低于对照组的18.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.117,P=0.013);治疗5个月后两组临床疗效均改善,且研究组患者子宫肌瘤改善效果、经期改善效果均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗子宫肌瘤病症应用米非司酮联合宫瘤清胶囊,能够有效促进患者经期变化回归正常,提高患者临床治疗效果,降低患者治疗时不良反应发生率,促进患者早日康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical application of mifepristone combined with Gongliuqing capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 128 patients who visited the hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were conveniently selected as the research objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to the computer table method,with 64 cases in each groups.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the study group was combined with Gongliuqing Capsule on the basis of the control group to treat uterine fibroids.The effective rate of clinical treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups,the uterine volume and fibroids volume of patients before and after treatment,and the changes of patients during menstruation.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of patients in the study group was 96.88%,which significantly higher than 85.94%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.873,P=0.027).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.69%,which significantly lower than 18.75%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.117,P=0.013).After 5 months of treatment,the clinical efficaay of the two groups was improved,and the improvement effect of uterine fibroidswas and menstrual improvement effect in the study was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mifepristone combined with Gongliuqing capsule in the clinical treatment of uterine fibroids can effectively promote the return of the patient`s menstrual changes to normal,improve the clinical treatment effect of the patient,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the patient,and promote the patient`s early recovery.
