中医辨证施护结合心理干预在肝癌患者中的应用研究

Application Research of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Nursing Combined with Psychological Intervention in Patients with Liver Cancer

目的分析中医辨证施护与心理护理联合应用于肝癌患者的效果。方法方便选取该院2019年3月—2021年3月收治的肝癌患者82例,根据随机数表法分为两组,各41例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施中医辨证施护与心理护理,比较两组干预效果。结果研究组干预后SAS评分(41.62±4.75)分、SDS评分(39.92±4.16)分、CFS评分(18.69±2.85)分,与对照组比较均显著较低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.289、9.134、9.906,P<0.05)。较之对照组,研究组回避及屈服评分较低,面对评分较高,差异有统计学意义(t=14.005、6.693、11.402,P<0.05)。研究组干预后希望水平、自护能力及生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝癌患者中实施中医辨证施护和心理护理,可有效减轻患者的负性情绪及癌因性疲乏,转变其应对方式,增强患者自护能力和希望水平,促进患者生活质量改善。

Objective To analyze the effect of combined Chinese medicine dialectical nursing and psychological nursing in patients with liver cancer.Methods A total of 82 liver cancer patients admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group implemented TCM dialectical nursing and psychological nursing on this basis,and compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results The SAS score(41.62±4.75)points,SDS score(39.92±4.16)points,and CFS score(18.69±2.85)points of the study group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.289,9.134,9.906,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had lower avoidance and yield scores,and higher face scores,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.005,6.693,11.402,P<0.05).The hope level,self-care ability and quality of life scores of the study group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TCM dialectical care and psychological care in patients with liver cancer can effectively reduce the patients'negative emotions and cancer-related fatigue,change their coping styles,enhance the patients'self-care ability and hope level,and promote the improvement of patients'quality of life.
