热敏灸干预对脑出血大鼠神经功能及脑组织含水量的影响

摘要 目的探究热敏灸干预对脑出血大鼠神经功能及脑组织含水量的影响。方法该实验于2020年12月—2021年5月在江西中医药大学实验动物中心进行,采用随机分组法将43只大鼠随机分为正常组(n=5)、假手术组(n=6)、模型组(n=9)、热敏灸干预组(n=8)、奥拉西坦组(n=8)、热敏灸干预联合奥拉西坦组(n=7)。正常组不作任何处理,假手术组进行造模注入3μl的氯化钠溶液,模型组造模注入3μl胶原酶,热敏灸干预组造模后进行热敏灸法,奥拉西坦组造模后进行腹腔注射奥拉西坦剂,热敏灸干预联合奥拉西坦组则在奥拉西坦组的基础上使用热敏灸干预。分别在24、72、110 h观察热敏灸干预治疗大鼠ICH的神经功能评分、脑组织的含水量。结果正常组与假手术组在24、110 h脑组织含水量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。24 h热敏灸干预组脑组织含水量显著低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),72 h热敏灸干预组脑组织含水量显著低于奥拉西坦组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),72、110 h热敏灸干预联合奥拉西坦组脑组织含水量显著高于热敏灸干预组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。24、72、110 h热敏灸干预联合奥拉西坦组与其余各组运动测试积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);24、72、110 h热敏灸干预联合奥拉西坦组与其余各组平衡测试积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);24、72、110 h热敏灸干预联合奥拉西坦组与其余各组感觉测试积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);24、110 h热敏灸干预联合奥拉西坦组与其余各组反射测试积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸联合干预治疗脑出血对保护神经、抑制脑水肿起着显著作用。 Objective To explore the effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on neurological function and brain tissue water content in rats with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The experiment was carried out at the Experimental Animal Center of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to May 2021.43 rats were randomly divided into normal group(n=5),sham operation group(n=6),model group(n=9),heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention group(n=8),oxtracetam group(n=8),heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention combined with oxiracetam group(n=7).The normal group received no treatment,the sham operation group was injected with 3μl of sodium chloride solution,the model group was injected with 3μl of collagenase,the heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention group was given heat-sensitive moxibustion after modeling,the oxiracetam group was given intraperitoneal injection of oxiracetam after modeling,and the heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention combined with oxiracetam group was treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the oxiracetam group.The neurological function score and the water content of brain tissue in rats treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion were observed at 24,72,and 110 h,respectively.Results There was no statistically significant difference in brain tissue water content between the normal group and the shamoperated group at 24 and 110 h(P>0.05).The brain tissue water content in the 24 h heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention group was significantly lower than that in the model group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 72 h brain tissue water content in the heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention group was significantly lower than oxiracetam group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the brain tissue water content in the 72,110 h heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention combined with oxiracetam group was significantly higher than the heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24,72,110 h heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention combined with oxiracetam group compared with othor groups of exercise test scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24,72,110 h heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention combined with oxiracetam group was compared with the balance test scores of othor groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24,72,110 h heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention combined with oxiracetam group compared with othor groups of sensory test scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).24,110 h heat-sensitive moxibustion intervention combined with oxiracetam group compared with othor groups of reflex test scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined intervention in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage has a significant effect on protecting nerves and inhibiting cerebral edema.
