高选择性翼管神经切断术治疗变应性鼻炎的研究

Study on the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis with Highly Selective Pterygotomy

目的研究高选择性翼管神经切断术治疗变应性鼻炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院在2020年1月—2021年6月期间收治的难治性变应性鼻炎患者204例分为对照组和研究组,每组102例,对照组采用鼻用激素及抗组胺药物治疗+功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术治疗,研究组采用高选择性翼管神经切断术治疗,分析不同治疗方式的疗效。结果两组患者术前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后研究组VAS评分鼻塞(2.23±0.52)分、鼻痒(2.63±0.69)分、喷嚏(1.94±0.38)分、流涕(2.04±0.29)分低于对照组鼻塞(3.84±0.71)分、鼻痒(3.77±0.87)分、喷嚏(3.02±0.69)分、流涕(3.74±0.49)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=18.476、10.369、13.847、30.154,P<0.001)。两组患者术前RQLQ评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后研究组RQLQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论对难治性变应性鼻炎患者进行高选择性翼管神经切断术治疗,其临床疗效更加显著。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of highly selective pterygotomy in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods Conveniently selected 204 patients with refractory allergic rhinitis admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were divided into a control group and a study group,with 102 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nasal hormones and antihistamines+functional endoscopic sinus surgery,and the study group was treated with highly selective pterygotomy.The curative effects of different treatment methods were analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative VAS score of the study group was(2.23±0.52)points,nasal itching(2.63±0.69)points,sneezing(1.94±0.38)points and runny nose(2.04±0.29)points,lower than the control group uas nasal congestion(3.84±0.71)points,nasal itching(3.77±0.87)points,sneezing(3.02±0.69)points,runny nose(3.74±0.49)points,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=18.476,10.369,13.847,30.154,P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative RQLQ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the RQLQ score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of highly selective pterygotomy in the treatment of refractory allergic rhinitis is more significant.
