心脏康复联合吸气肌训练对慢性心衰患者体能峰值摄氧量的影响 被引量:5

Effects of Cardiac Rehabilitation Combined with Inspiratory Muscle Training on Peak Oxygen Uptake in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

摘要 目的分析心脏康复联合吸气肌训练对慢性尽力衰竭(CHF)患者体能峰值摄氧量的影响。方法随机选取2019年9月—2021年9月该院80例CHF患者,依照随机法分组,各40例。对比组接受临床常规治疗,观察组在对比组基础上接受心脏康复联合吸气肌训练,对比两组临床疗效、心功能指标、6-MWT、血清NT-proBNP、PeakVO_(2)、LHFQ评分、6个月内再入院率。结果观察组临床总有效率(95.00%)高于对比组(72.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.440,P=0.006);观察组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD、血清NT-proBNP、LHFQ评分均低于对比组,观察组治疗后LVEF、6-MWT、PeakVO_(2)均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组6个月内再入院率(2.50%)低于对比组(30.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.114,P<0.05)。结论心脏康复联合吸气肌训练可有效改善CHF患者心功能,降低血清NT-proBNP含量,提高体能峰值摄氧量,降低再入院率,改善生活质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of cardiac rehabilitation combined with inspiratory muscle training on peak oxygen uptake in chronic heart failure(CHF)patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with CHF in the hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were randomly selected and randomly divided into groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine clinical treatment,and the observation group received cardiac rehabilitation combined with inspiratory muscle training on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes,6-MWT,serum NT-proBNP,PeakVO_(2),LHFQ score,and readmission rate within 6 months were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate(95.00%)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(72.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.440,P=0.006).The scores of LVEDD,LVESD,serum NT-proBNP and LHFQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment;After treatment,LVEF,6-MWT and PeakVO_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The readmission rate within 6 months in the observation group(2.50%)was lower than that in the control group(30.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.114,P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation combined with inspiratory muscle training can effectively improve cardiac function,reduce serum NT-proBNP content,increase peak physical oxygen uptake,reduce readmission rate,and improve quality of life in patients with CHF.
