癌痛患者接受延续护理干预服务改善其生存质量、情绪及疼痛治疗效果的分析

Analysis of Cancer Pain Patients Receiving Continuous Nursing Intervention Services to Improve Their Quality of Life,Mood and Pain Treatment Effect

目的研究癌痛患者接受延续护理干预服务改善其生存质量、情绪及疼痛治疗的效果。方法便利选取2020年3月—2021年8月该院收治的120例癌痛患者,以随机抽取的方法均分为两组,A组(n=60)为患者提供常规护理干预服务,B组(n=60)除常规护理外,再开展延续性护理干预服务,分析两组的生存质量、情绪以及疼痛评分变化。结果护理后,B组躯体、物质、社会以及心理等生活质量指标评分相较于A组均明显更高,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=12.959、12.657、15.806、15.137,P<0.05);B组HAMA(12.03±2.05)分、HAMD评分(11.07±1.95)分相较于A组的(15.62±2.11)分、(13.34±2.03)分均明显更低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=9.452、6.246,P<0.05);B组的NRS评分(2.48±0.37)分相较于A组(5.23±0.49)分明显更低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=34.692,P<0.05)。结论对癌痛患者开展延续性护理干预服务可有效改善其负面情绪,缓解患者的疼痛程度,提升患者的生存质量,具有较高的临床推广价值。

Objective To study the effect of continuing nursing intervention services to improve the quality of life,mood and pain treatment of patients with cancer pain.Methods A total of 120 patients with cancer pain who were treated in the hospital from March 2020 to August 2021 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups.Group A(n=60)provided patients with routine nursing intervention services,and group B(n=60),in addition to routine care,continued nursing intervention services were carried out.Analyzed the changes in the quality of life,mood and pain scores between two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of quality-of-life indicators such as body,matter,society and psychology of group B were significantly higher than those of group A,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=12.959,12.657,15.806,15.137,P<0.05).The HAMA score(12.03±2.05)points and HAMD score(11.07±1.95)points of group B were significantly lower than those of group A(15.62±2.11)points and(13.34±2.03)points,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=9.452,6.246,P<0.05).The NRS score of group B(2.48±0.37)points was significantly lower than that of group A(5.23±0.49)points,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=34.692,P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out continuous nursing intervention services for cancer pain patients can effectively improve their negative emotions,relieve their pain levels,and improve the quality of life of patients.It has high clinical promotion value.
