摘要
通过对“学习循环模型”(Kolb,1984)在线上课程建设中方法的应用和总结,探索其是否可以提高线上授课效果。线上课程有其便捷的优点,也有难以确保学生学习积极性和教学质量的缺点。为提高“人事管理与组织行为学”线上授课的效果,采用学习循环周期模型,将自行设计“自学导学案”和“Reflection Log (复习表)”融入学习循环模型中,可以改善线上课程学生学习积极性不高和教学质量难保证的缺点。研究结果仅基于“人事管理与组织行为学”的课程建设,学习循环周期模型是否适用于其他类型学科的线上课程建设,还需要进一步实验和论证。
This paper applies and summarizes the “learning cycle model” methods in the online curriculum construction,and explores whether it can improve the effect of online education or not.The online courses not only have the advantages of convenience,but also have the disadvantages of not ensuring students’ learning enthusiasm and the teaching quality.In order to enhance the effect of online teaching on“personnel management and organizational behavior”,the author adopts the learning cycle model,and integrates the self-designed “self-learning guidance plan” and “reflection log” into learning cycle model which can improve the disadvantages of lack of learning enthusiasm and low teaching quality in online courses.The research results only focus on the curriculum construction of“personnel management and organizational behavior”.Whether the learning cycle model is suitable for other types of subjects’ online curriculum construction or not needs further experiment and demonstration.
