中亚来华留学生教育现状及发展对策

Study on the Current Education Situation and Development Countermeasures for Overseas Students from Central Asia

近年来,中国对外教育交流,特别是高等教育交流取得了显著成就,来华留学生数量不断增长。以2010-2018年中亚国家来华留学生数据为基础进行分析,发现中亚国家来华留学生教育存在总体规模偏低、教育质量不足、教育层次不高、奖学金资助力度偏小等问题。对此,应进一步提升中国高等教育教学质量,增强高校竞争力和吸引力;加大资金投入力度,健全留学生奖学金制度;加强宣传引导,提高中国高等教育的吸引力,建立更加开放、科学的管理体制,进一步推动中亚来华留学生教育的全面发展。

In the recent years,China’s foreign education exchange,especially the higher education exchange has made remarkable achievements and the number of foreign students studying in China is continuously growing.Based on the data of overseas students from central Asian countries from the year of 2010 to 2018,this paper analyzes the current education situation and finds the following problems:the low overall education scale,insufficient education quality,low education level,and insufficient scholarship funding.Therefore,it is necessary to improve China’s higher education teaching quality and boost competitiveness and attraction,strengthen the efforts in fund investment and improve the scholarship system for overseas students,and enhance publicity guidance and increase China’s higher education attraction in order to establish a more open and scientific management system and promote the overall development for overseas students’ education from central Asia.
