随着社会对人才需求呈现出多元化的特点,在大学生成长成才过程中,高校将劳动教育与思政教育作为现代教育计划的重点内容,符合我国目前教育改革和发展纲要的相关要求.劳动教育可以促进高校大学生树立"劳动光荣"的价值观,通过自觉养成劳动意识,掌握基本劳动技能,使大学生更好适应职业发展需要.推动劳动教育与思政教育融合育人,实现劳动教育与思政教育的双重育人成效,为社会培养有知识、强技能、爱劳动的时代青年.

With the diversified demand for talent of the whole society and in the process of students’ growth, the labor course and ideological and political curriculum as the key contents of modern education plan meet the relevant requirements of our country’s current education reform and development outline. The labor education can improve college students to establish the value concept of “glorious labor” and make them adapt the further requirements of career development better by cultivating labor consciousness, promoting the implementation of professional responsibilities, and mastering the basic labor skills. In the process of integrating the ideological and political education and labor course, colleges should set up the all-round teaching system of ideological and political education, carry out the labor course education, combine with the research projects, and analyze the fundamental significance of the integrated education system in order to realize the dual education effect between labor education and ideological and political education.
