高校思政课教师是思政课课程建设的重点,是思政课教学质量和水平的保障.新中国成立70年以来,我国的高校思政课教师队伍随着课程建设的改革和发展,也在不断壮大和提升.在新的历史条件下,对高校思政课教师队伍建设工作进行总结和研究,坚持在改进中加强,对全面深化思政课课程建设改革,切实办好思政课程,着力建设一支让党放心、学生满意的思政课教师队伍有着重要和深远的意义.

The university and college teachers for ideological and political curriculum are the key point on the ideological and political curriculum construction and the guarantee for the curriculum teaching quality and level. Since the founding of New China, our country’s ideological and political curriculum teaching quality in university has been growing and improving with the reform and development of curriculum construction. Under the background of new historical conditions, this paper has an analysis and research on the construction of ideological and political curriculum teachers in universities, insists on strengthening in the process of improvement, and has an important and profound significance on deepening the reform of curriculum construction in all respects, setting up curriculum system effectively, and focusing on building a teacher group of ideological and political curriculum which makes the Party and students satisfied.
