摘要
高温季节大体积混凝土施工过程中,解决混凝土水化热带来的温度问题是混凝土质量控制的关键。本文通过双溪口水库工程实例,基于施工期大坝温度原型观测资料,采取对比分析、数据整编、因素分析等方法对通水冷却施工成果进行分析并提出有效的改进措施。研究结果表明,除优化通水冷却外,降低原材料和环境温度、控制浇筑间歇期等措施,可很好地控制混凝土施工期温度。本文研究可为类似工程温控措施的优化提供借鉴。
In the process of mass concrete construction in high temperature season,the solution of the temperature problem caused by the hydration heat of concrete is the key to concrete quality control.Based on the example of Shuangxikou Reservoir Project and the prototype temperature observation data of the dam during the construction period,the construction results of water cooling are analyzed through methods such as comparative analysis,data compilation,and factor analysis,and effective improvement measures are put forward.The conclusion shows that in addition to optimizing water cooling,temperature control measures for mass concrete construction in high temperature seasons,such as increasing the reduction of raw materials and ambient temperature,and controlling the intermittent period of pouring,can achieve good temperature control effects.The research results can provide a reference for the optimization of temperature control measures in similar projects.
