提高太浦闸联动启闭机齿盘啮合精准率的研究与实践

摘要 为提升太浦闸联动启闭机离合器齿盘啮合的可靠性,以满足行业规程、工程效益以及运行管理的要求,通过更换限位器部件材质、完善接触面形式、优化受力结构,实现了双扉门联动启闭机离合器齿盘啮合精准率的大幅提高,从而有效提高了套闸设备运行稳定性、可靠性及安全性,可为国内使用类似设备的工程提供借鉴。 The fluted disc meshing precision of the double-gate linkage hoist clutch is greatly improved by replacing the material of the stopper parts,perfecting the form of contact surface,and optimizing the force structure in order to improve the fluted disc meshing reliability of Taipu Gate linkage hoist clutch,meet the requirements of industry regulations,engineering benefits and operation management.Therefore,the operation stability,reliability and safety of the sluice equipment are improved effectively,which can be used as reference for domestic projects requiring similar equipment.
