低蛋白质饲粮添加支链氨基酸对生长前期海南猪体尺指标和抗氧化指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Low Protein Diet Supplemented with BCAAs on Body Size and Antioxidant Index of Weaned Hainan Pigs

摘要 为研究低蛋白质饲粮添加支链氨基酸对生长前期海南猪生长性能和饲料养分表观消化率的影响,选健康、体重为(18.1±0.67)kg的阉割海南猪公猪144头,随机分为4个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复6头猪,其中1个处理组为对照组,饲喂正常饲粮[21%CP(粗蛋白质)],其余3个处理组为试验组,其中试验Ⅰ组粗蛋白质水平为18%,试验Ⅱ组为18%CP+支链氨基酸,试验Ⅲ组为18%CP+2倍支链氨基酸。预试期为7 d,正式试验期40 d。结果表明:生长前期海南猪饲粮粗蛋白质水平降低3个百分点,不会影响海南猪的体尺指标;饲粮降低粗蛋白质水平至18%时,补充添加支链氨基酸后,试验猪的胴体重和眼肌面积可以恢复到正常饲粮(对照组)的水平;低蛋白质饲粮补充支链氨基酸可以显著提高试验猪血清中超氧化物歧化酶含量(P<0.05),低蛋白质饲粮有助于降低试验猪机体血清中丙二醛的含量(P<0.05)。 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of low protein diet supplemented with branched-chain amino acids on body size and antioxidant index of weaned Hainan pigs.A total of[body weight was(18.10±0.64)kg]144 Hainan pigs were randomly allocated to four treatments,each treatment had six replicates of 6 pigs.The treatment one was the control group,the protein level was 21%,the other three groups were the experimental group,the protein level of groupⅠwas 18%,groupⅡwas 18%+BCAAs,and GroupⅢwas 18%+2 BCAAs.Lysine,methionine,tryptophan,and threonine were added respectively to make their contents the same as those in the control group.The pre feeding period was 7 days and the experiment was last 40 days.The results showed that:the crude protein level of the diets were reduced from 21%to 18%,the body size index of weaned Hainan pigs was not affected.Under the condition of balancing the four essential amino acids of lysine,methionine,tryptophan and threonine in the diet of weaned Hainan pigs,the crude protein level of the diets were reduced from 21%to 18%,the carcass weight and eye muscle area of the experimental pigs can return to the level of normal diet(control group).The content of serum superoxide dismutase were significantly increased in low protein diets supplemented with BCAAs of weaned Hainan pigs(P<0.05),and the content of serum malondialdehyde were significantly reduced in low protein diets supplemented with BCAAs of weaned Hainan pigs(P<0.05).
