摘要
β-羟基-β-甲基丁酸(β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate,HMB)是必需氨基酸亮氨酸(Leu)在生物体内的代谢产物,是亮氨酸发挥重要调节功能的核心物质,具有促进蛋白质合成、抑制蛋白质降解和增强机体免疫机能等功能。研究发现,HMB作为猪饲料添加剂可以促进肌肉生长、改善胴体性状、提高母猪及仔猪的生产性能,受到广泛的关注,因此具有广泛的应用前景。文章就HMB的生成、代谢途径以及HMB在猪胴体品质、生产性能及免疫机能的应用研究进行总结,为HMB今后在猪生产中的应用提供理论依据。
β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate(HMB)is a metabolite of the essential amino acid leucine(Leu)in living organisms,and it is the core substance for leucine to play an important regulatory function.It has the functions of promoting protein synthesis,inhibiting protein degradation and enhancing the body's immune function.Studies have found that HMB as a pig feed additive can promote muscle growth,improve carcass traits,and improve the production performance of sows and piglets.It has received extensive attention and has broad application prospects.This paper summarizes the generation and metabolic pathways of HMB and the application of HMB in pig carcass quality,production performance and immune function,and provides a theoretical basis for the application of HMB in pig production in the future.
