丰田卡罗拉汽车发动机装配工艺故障案例分析

摘要 为进一步提高汽车发动维修的规范性与合理性,针对丰田卡罗拉1.6 AT款轿车在行驶过程中出现的加速无力、发动机动力不足等故障现象,进行了故障原因分析,说明了导致发动机故障的常见因素与维修方法,结合维修手册对发动机汽缸盖、凸轮轴、活塞环、汽缸体等部件的装配质量进行了检测与故障分析,并最终完成故障修复。 In order to further improve the standardization and rationality of automobile engine maintenance,aiming at the failure phenomena such as weak acceleration and insufficient engine power of Toyota Corolla 1.6 at car during driving,the failure causes are analyzed,the common factors leading to engine failure and maintenance methods are explained,and the engine cylinder head,camshaft,piston ring The assembly quality of cylinder block and other components is detected and analyzed,and the fault repair is finally completed.
