摘要
文章介绍了精制盐的回转干燥工艺。从工艺、能耗、非满负荷工况等方面对内加热流化床工艺和回转干燥工艺进行了对比分析。研究证明,回转干燥工艺的汽耗、电耗、尾气排放量均大幅度低于内加热流化床工艺。在非满负荷工况下,效果更加显著。
The rotary drying process of refined salt was introduced in this article.The internal heating fluidized bed process and rotary drying process are compared and analyzed in terms of process,energy consumption and non-full load condition.The results showed that the steam consumption,power consumption and tail gas emission of rotary drying process are much lower than that of internal heating fluidized bed process.When the load is not full,the effect is more significant.
