海洋石油平台腐蚀检测技术综合应用与结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 海洋石油平台长期处于盐雾、潮气和海水等恶劣环境中,面临严重的腐蚀威胁,对平台开展定期腐蚀检测是非常必要的。由于腐蚀的复杂性,单一的检测方法不能满足平台设施的腐蚀综合管理要求,进而发展出了多种检测手段共用,达到全面腐蚀监测目的。文章以渤海某中心平台进行的腐蚀检测工作为例,通过腐蚀挂片,超声波测厚,旁路式腐蚀监测系统等多种技术的综合应用,实现了平台结构和工艺管线,从油井井口到生产流程再到海底管线的全过程腐蚀监控,得到较为精确的腐蚀结果及安全评估,以便更好地调整和优化防腐措施,保障平台安全生产。 The offshore oil platform has been in the harsh environment such as salt fog,moisture and seawater for a long time,facing serious corrosion threat,and it is very necessary to carry out regular corrosion detection for the platform.Due to the complexity of corrosion,a single detection method can not meet the requirements of comprehensive corrosion management of platform facilities,and a variety of detection methods have been developed to share,so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensive corrosion monitoring.Taking the corrosion detection of a central platform in Bohai Sea as an example,through the comprehensive application of various technologies such as corrosion coupon,ultrasonic thickness measurement and bypass corrosion monitoring system,this article realized the whole process corrosion monitoring of platform structure and process pipeline,from oil well wellhead to production process and subsea pipeline,and obtains more accurate corrosion results and safety assessment,in order to better adjust and optimize the anti-corrosion measures and ensure the safe production of the platform.
