感染根管细菌生物膜的治疗策略

Treatment strategy for infected root canals bacterial biofilms

摘要 根尖周炎是发生在根尖周组织的炎症性疾病,主要由根管内的感染引起。其根管内的细菌主要以难清除的生物膜形式定植,为临床治疗带来了难题。因此,了解根管细菌生物膜的特性、掌握治疗方法对于提高感染根管治疗成功率具有重大意义。 Periapical periodontitis is an inflammatory disease occurring in periapical tissues,which is mainly caused by infection in root canals.The bacteria in root canals are mainly colonized in the form of biofilm,which brings difficulties to clinical treatment.Therefore,understanding the characteristics of bacterial biofilm and mastering the treatment methods are of great significance to improving the success rate of infected root canal treatment.
