临床遗传咨询继续教育模式研究

The investigation of continuing education pattern in clinical genetic counselling

目的探索我国临床遗传咨询的继续教育模式。方法对中国优生科学协会、北京协和医院、香港中文大学、美国贝勒医学院联合主办的第1~5届国际临床遗传学及遗传咨询培训课程的实施情况进行回顾。结果共有592名学员参加培训课程,来自我国30个省、自治区、直辖市及香港特别行政区。课程采用远程授课-面授-在线病例分析及讨论的方式进行。所有学员均完成了培训,考试合格率为92.5%。结论我国目前对遗传咨询培训的需求较大,继续教育仍是遗传咨询培训的重要方式。

Objective To explore the continuing education pattern of clinical genetic counselling in China.Methods The implementation of the 1st to 5th International Course in Clinical Genetics and Genetic Counselling co-sponsored by China Healthy Birth Science Association,Peking Union Medical College,Chinese University of Hongkong and Baylor Medical College of Medicine was reviewed.Results A total of 592 participants from 30 provinces,autonomous regions and Hongkong Special Administrative region attended the course.The course was conducted by remote teaching,face-to-face teaching,online case analysis and discussion.All participants completed the course,and the pass rate was 92.5%.Conclusion There is a great demand of genetic counselling training in China and continuing education is still an important way of genetic counselling training.
