SMIM22、miR-150-5p在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及与预后的关系

Expression of SMIM22 and miR-150-5p in endometrial carcinoma and their relationship with prognosis

目的研究小整合膜蛋白22(SMIM22)、微小RNA-150-5p(miR-150-5p)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,及其与患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法收集2017年1月至2018年5月在本院行手术治疗的子宫内膜癌患者98例基本资料为研究对象,分别检测癌组织和癌旁组织中miR-150-5p、SMIM22的表达情况;分析二者与子宫内膜癌患者临床特征的关系以及对患者3年累积生存率的影响。结果癌组织中SMIM22阳性表达率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);miR-150-5p低于癌旁组织(P<0.05);SMIM22、miR-150-5p表达水平均与患者FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、脉管浸润有关(P<0.05);子宫内膜癌组织中SMIM22高表达组3年累积生存率为33.33%,低于低表达组患者81.58%(χ^(2)=18.845,P=0.000);miR-150-5p高表达组3年累积生存率为71.43%,高于低表达组患者(44.29%)(χ^(2)=6.844,P=0.009);Cox回归分析得出SMIM22、脉管浸润及FIGO分期是影响子宫内膜癌患者预后的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌组织中SMIM22表达水平较高,miR-150-5p表达水平较低,二者均与患者临床病理特征和3年累积生存率有关。

Objective To study the expression of small integral membrane protein 22(SMIM22)and microRNA-150-5p(miR-150-5p)in endometrial cancer and their relationship with the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 98 endometrial cancer patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were collected as the research objects.The clinical pathological data of the patients were collected,and the expressionof miR-150-5p and SMIM22 in endometrial cancer tissue and paracancerous tissue were detected respectively;the relationship between the two and the clinical characteristics of endometrial cancer patients and their impact on the patients’3-year cumulative survival rate was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of SMIM22 in endometrial cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05);the expression level of miR-150-5p in endometrial cancer was lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05);the expression levels of SMIM22 and miR-150-5p were related to FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis,vascular infiltration of endometrial cancer patients(P<0.05);the 3-year cumulative survival rate of the SMIM22 high expression group in endometrial cancer tissue was 33.33%,which was lower than 81.58% of the low expression group(χ^(2)=18.845,P=0.000);the 3-year cumulative survival rate of miR-150-5p high expression group was 71.43%,which was higher than the low expression group of 44.29%(χ^(2)=6.844,P=0.009).Conclusion The expression level of SMIM22 is higher in endometrial cancer tissues,and the expression level of miR-150-5p is lower,both of which are related to the clinicopathological characteristics of patients and the 3-year cumulative survival rate.
