摘要
房颤是最常见的心律失常之一,心房结构和功能在房颤发生、发展中起重要作用,快捷、准确地对其进行评价非常重要。实时三维超声心动图、斑点追踪成像在这方面具有一定的价值,本文对实时三维超声心动图、斑点追踪成像在房颤患者心房结构和功能中的研究进展进行综述。
Atrial fibrillation is the most common cardiac rhythm disturbance in clinical practice.The structure and function of the atrium plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation,so it is very important to access it quickly and accurately.Realtime three-dimensional echocardiography and speckle tracking imaging have shown certain value in this respect.The research progresses of real-time three-dimensional enchocardiogrophy and speckle tracking imaging in evaluating atrial structure and function in patients with atrial fibrillation were reviewed in this article.
