摘要
史念海先生是我国著名历史地理学家,为中国历史地理学科的建设做出了杰出贡献,被公认为我国现代历史地理学奠基人之一。他对中国历史地理学科建设的贡献主要表现在三个方面:一是在治学宗旨上强调历史地理学研究应有用于世,二是创建了多个历史地理学科学术平台,三是开辟了历史地理学新的研究领域,建构了历史地理学的学科体系,总结形成了历史地理学行之有效的研究方法。
Prof.Shi Nianhai,the famous historical geographer,isregarded as one of the founders of Modern Historical Geography in China.Prof.Shi hadgreat contribution to the establishment and developmentof Chinese Historical Geography that mainly manifested in three aspects.Firstly,Prof.Shiemphasizedon facing practical needs of Historical Geographyresearch.Secondly,hefound a great number of academic platforms for Chinese Historical Geography.Thirdly,hecreated new fields in research and made effort to build the disciplines of Historical Geography,as well as the effective research methods ofHistorical Geographyhas been summarized.
